Studio Policies

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We ask that you please respect our time. In the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Cancellations/Rescheduling: At least 24 hours notice is required when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. Anyone that cancels less than 24 hours or the same day will potentially be charged a $25 cancelation fee. If it happens again, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. This amount will be due prior to your next scheduled appointment. By giving at least 24 hours notice, this allows another client to fill that time slot. If you have a voucher or gift certificate, the value will be deducted and will be considered used, null and void.

No Call/No Show: We do our best to remind everyone of their appointment at least 24-48 hours prior to their appointment. However, you are responsible for remembering the appointment you scheduled. Anyone that does not show up or call prior to their scheduled appointment will be charged the full amount of the service prior to your next scheduled service. No appointments will be made until full payment has been received. If you have a voucher or gift certificate, the value will be deducted and will be considered used, null and void.

Arriving Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be rescheduled depending on the schedule. All late appointments that go into session will be shortened and will conclude at the scheduled time. Late appointments that need to be rescheduled will still be responsible for full payment of that service.

New Clients: If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out the new client paperwork. If you do not arrive early for paperwork, your service will be shortened to accommodate for time or may be rescheduled depending on the schedule.

Cell Phones: Please be considerate and refrain from any cell phone use in the building or any loud conversations. Please silence your phone during treatments.

Children/Minors: Children/Minors are NOT permitted in the building due to safety and insurance purposes, including the intimate nature of the treatments rendered. Please make child care arrangements prior to coming to your appointment.

Additional Guest(s): Please DO NOT BRING ADDITIONAL GUESTS to your appointment. Due to the intimate nature of the treatments rendered and your privacy, no additional guest(s) are permitted in the studio.

Refunds: There will be no refunds on any services/treatments and products. All sales are final. New and unopened retail items may be exchanged/returned for product credit only within 30 days of purchase.
